Yi-Ting| Taiwanese professional Nonwoven Fabric manufacturer

Company Introduction
Nonwoven fabric manufacturer & converter — Taiwan

A Taiwanese Nonwoven Manufacturer Built on 25+ Years of Converting Experience

Yi-Ting Non-Woven Co., Ltd. traces its roots to 1997, when our founding team began manufacturing nonwoven products for the Japanese market. In 2015, the company was formally established under its current name. Today, Yi-Ting operates 25 converting and finishing lines from our facility in Pingzhen, Taiwan — producing up to 40,000 coffee filter bags and 174,000 tea bags per day, alongside medical-grade nonwovens certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.

What has not changed since 1997 is our focus: closing the gap between raw nonwoven material and a finished product that performs reliably in the real world.

What We Make and How We Work

Yi-Ting is a nonwoven converter — we take raw nonwoven material and turn it into finished products that perform on a buyer’s production line. Our work covers the full converting process: heat sealing, lamination, slitting, forming, and packaging, all in-house.

Primary Product Categories

— Food-contact filtration: coffee filter bags (V-drip, wave, cone, flat), tea bags, cooking pouches, and food-grade filter fabrics compliant with FDA 21 CFR and EU food-contact regulations

— Medical nonwovens: mask components and medical-grade nonwoven materials, manufactured under ISO 13485:2016 with in-house BFE testing capability

— Industrial and specialty converting: slitting, cutting, and converting across PP, PE, PLA, and polyester nonwovens for OEM and ODM customers

Proprietary Brands

Our proprietary brands — Pure.F (food filtration materials) and Sofara (consumer wellness products) — run alongside our OEM business. Operating both gives us a direct understanding of what brand buyers actually face: MOQ pressures, packaging constraints, speed-to-market requirements, and end-user experience. That perspective informs how we approach every OEM project.

Who We Work With — and What Makes Us Different

Yi-Ting works best with buyers who are trying to develop or refine a nonwoven product — not simply reorder a commodity item at the lowest price.

Material-to-product conversion

We bridge the gap between raw nonwoven and a finished product that performs. Sealing, lamination, slitting, forming — all in-house. When a product fails, we identify whether the problem is the material, the process, or the application conditions.

Application-led structure design

We design material structure around your end-use — flow rate, filtration clarity, heat tolerance — not just GSM and thickness on a spec sheet. For food and filtration applications, this distinction is the difference between a product that passes lab tests and one that works in your customer’s hands.

Prototype to production, on one line

Development and mass production run on the same equipment. Seal parameters validated during sampling carry directly into production. No process discontinuity, no sample-to-production gap.

Our customers typically share one of these situations: they have a product that keeps failing in production (seal breaks, inconsistent flow rate, powder leakage); they are developing something new and want a manufacturer who will engage with the application; or they need development quantities now and production scale later — without starting over with a new supplier at volume.
